MEETINGS
- All members are expected to be present and on time for every rehearsal. A maximum of 5 excused absences are allowed for the summer trimester and two for the following two trimesters. Parents please understand that without punctuality, this program would not be able to function swiftly. Please make sure to notify the mentors in case of any absence prior and/or after the date of absence.
- Transportation to and from the practices and performances is the individual responsibility of the parent/guardian, as are arrangements for car pools, etc.
